Privacy Policy

On this page you can read which personal information Yerilo gathers when you browse yerilo.com or place an order, the reasons we need it, who receives it and the choices open to you. We only ask for what we need to run the shop and look after your orders.

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Yerilo is operated by Novaridge Holdings LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Company Name: Novaridge Holdings LLC

2. Information we collect

Our shop is for adults buying for children, so the information we collect comes from you, the adult buyer. We collect:

  • Order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address, and the items you buy.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your sign-in email and a protected password, plus your order history.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or phone, such as questions, return requests and photos of a damaged item.
  • Technical information: basic data your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for information about the child a gift is meant for. If you add a gift note, please keep it free of a child's personal details.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • process and deliver your order, and send you order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking numbers;
  • answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and delivery issues;
  • check payments and protect you and us against fraud;
  • keep the site running, secure and easy to use;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe and well-functioning shop, meeting our legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

4. Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment processor through our secure checkout. Your card details go directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. Your full card number and security code never reach our systems. We only receive limited details, such as the card type, the last four digits and whether the payment went through, so that we can match payments to orders and help with any billing questions.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies. The main one is a cart cookie that keeps track of the items in your cart while you shop and as you check out. Without it, the shop cannot work properly. We may also use essential cookies for security and to keep you signed in to your account. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including the cart, may then stop working.

6. Who we share information with

We only share personal information where it is needed to run the shop or where the law requires it:

  • Delivery carriers: your name, delivery address and contact details, so they can deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
  • Our payment processor: the details needed to take your payment and prevent fraud.
  • Service providers: companies that host the site or help us send order emails, who may only use the information to provide that service to us.
  • Authorities: when we are required to by law, court order or a lawful request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is usually up to seven years. Messages with our support team are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and any follow-up. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections across the site, limited staff access and secure hosting. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will act quickly if we find a problem.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons;
  • stop sending you any non-essential emails.

US residents: depending on your state, including California under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

UK customers: under the UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to how we use your information, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, although we would be grateful for the chance to resolve your concern first.

To use any of these rights, email support@yerilo.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will reply within the time the law allows.

10. Children's privacy

Yerilo sells products for children, but the site itself is meant for adults. Orders must be placed by adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Should a child have sent us personal details, let us know and we will remove them promptly.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers work. Where information about UK customers is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contract terms recognized under UK law, to protect it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If we make an important change, we will make it clear on the site.

13. Contact us
